Scope
This notice describes how BANQISTA OÜ processes personal data collected via banqista.com. BANQISTA is in its formation and development phase and does not currently provide regulated financial services through this website.
Data we process
If you use the “Request access” form, we process first name, last name, email address and, optionally, company and referral code. Technical log data (such as the time of the request) may also be generated. No profiling takes place.
Purpose and legal basis
Processing is carried out to handle your request and, where relevant, to provide later information on the development of the platform (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Cookies
The website sets technically necessary cookies, for example for the session, form protection (CSRF) and storing your cookie settings. Optional categories (analytics, marketing, external media) are off by default and load only after your consent. No analytics, marketing or third-party media services are currently embedded. Retention and recipients
Requests are stored only for as long as needed to process them and to meet any statutory retention duties. Data are not shared with third parties for advertising. Hosting takes place on infrastructure commissioned by us.
